Even though I was sore, I headed to the gym. Hector stretched me and worked my core and arms. I did my 7 miles on the elliptical...my feet are still tender and I couldn't imagine trying to run on them. I just really wanted to get my long run in since I didn't have to work today. I hate long-ish runs on the elliptical.
I think I need to have a date with the stick...any volunteers to foam roller me? Pretty please?
