I pulled a muscle in my pec... :( (aka, I broke my boobie!)

I did 3 miles on the elliptical in 36:00. Melissa and I worked out with her trainer. I have to say, I hate jumpropes and I don't ever wanna do it again.

I pulled my pec about two months ago doing what was supposed to be an ab workout on a stupid machine. I couldn't do any pec work for a week. I have now forbidden my trainer from ever making me use that machine again (though I think I have twice... but it's better than using it every week!). It'll feel better eventually... although, it always looks a little weird when you're "massaging" the pain out! Haha!

Thanks! I'm so glad this isn't a unique situation...I felt like a freak everytime it had a spazim, I'd grab my right brest and gasp.

No, wait. That is weird. I'm glad it's getting better!
