Today was just the workout I needed. I went to Super Julia's for a
gourmet fish taco dinner (they were awesome--I had 2. Very yummy but not as much fun to run!) We did an easy 3 in 36:12 and then 45:00 of yoga. I got the chance to stretch my legs and run a little and then
literally stretch in yoga. I'm still a little tight from the marathon, but this was just a perfect light mid-week workout before marathon number 2.
