I went for a 3 mile run today. I don't know why I feel like I'm dragging so much. I just don't feel like I'm pushing myself, but on the
opposite side, I feel like my body just won't go faster. I shouldn't complain, I did it in 34:55...which isn't bad. I don't know what's up, but I'm worried about the SF10 on Saturday. I really would like a PR, or at least not to be over 2 hours.

If you can PR while vomiting, you can PR on Saturday! =)
