No after school today! That means I can get to the gym and out before 7:00—Woo-Hoo! I seriously forgot how great it is to be done with your workouts by 6:00…even if it was a 2 hour work out.
I did 8 miles on the elliptical. They were really slow. My legs have just felt sluggish lately. I can’t decide if I need to throw in some yoga or Pilates to help lengthen the legs, ease up on some of the long runs or push myself more on the short runs, even if my legs are full of lead. I guess it’s all part of the learning process.
