Here we go, On the go!

Thanks to Barb's suggestion, I'm going to start a running/exercise blog. Really, I'm not interested in having real people read it--but if this motivates you, then game on! I'm just going to log my workouts...and maybe it will motivate me to do more!

side note: I started this blog in April, but I back dated everything so I could docuument the whole year :)
