1 mile warm up on the Precor--11 minutes (woo-hoo! I'm getting faster!) 130 calories.

Worked out with Hector for an hour. Mostly core work with some arms.

I'm still feeling eh. I'm glad I went, but I could tell I wasn't 100%. I think there's a nap in my future. I hope I start feeling better so I can get through that 10k on Sunday!
