One mile with GOTR....It was done as two laps then let the girls answer a question, and repeat for 5 times. Then 3 miles with Big John.

I'm sore from yesterday. I guess I should have expected it. It was my first major workout since the marathon. I need to take it easy for the rest of the week so I'm ready for Saturday's race. I'll get in one more run, and hopefully LOTS of stretching and yoga. Here's hoping I'm motivated!

Where are you running on Saturday? I've been looking for a 5K this weekend (since it is Memorial Day and I have nothing planned) and haven't found any...

I'm doing the Soldier Field 10 mile. It's full, but there's a two mile walk that is still open.

If you're looking for a 5k on Sunday, let me know. I'd walk/run it. I'm sure I wouldn't be terribly fast after a 10 mile race. Or if you wanted to meet up to run over the weekend, let me know too!
